Winter holiday on the Tyrolean side of the Zugspitze
Skiing, winter sports and romance in the snow
Spend your skiing holiday in Tyrol in the sunny Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, the place where skiers and snowboarders glide elegantly down the slopes: in the ski resorts of Ehrwalder Alm, Wettersteinbahnen/Sonnenhanglifte and Zugspitze with the Zugspitzplatt glacier ski area.
Indulge in cross-country skiing on the delightful network of trails in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, in the heart of the mountains on sporty ski tours offering pure nature experiences against the backdrop of the Zugspitze and the Wetterstein mountains, or during winter & snowshoe hikes on the region's most beautiful trails.
The winter and your Ski Hotel Der Grüne Baum in Ehrwald hold everything in store for ski freaks, sports fans and romantics: from the snow park, to night tobogganing and winter events such as the New Year's Jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, to romantic horse-drawn carriage rides.
